About Interpay
Interpay builds the retail payment software that banks and merchants across Saudi Arabia depend on: POS and SoftPOS acceptance, e-commerce gateways, payment switching and merchant services. Our products handle cardholder data under SAMA regulation and PCI security standards, and they run around the clock.
The role
As a Flutter Developer, you'll build and maintain Interpay's cross-platform mobile applications, including SoftPOS and merchant-facing payment products. Because these apps handle cardholder data, the role combines strong Flutter engineering with disciplined mobile security. You'll report to the Development Manager.
What you'll do
Application development
- Feature delivery: design and implement new application modules in Flutter and Dart against product requirements
- Architecture: build on a clean, layered BLoC architecture with strict separation between presentation, business logic and data
- Reusable engineering: build shared components, packages and libraries used across Interpay's mobile products
- UI: turn UI/UX designs into pixel-accurate, responsive and accessible interfaces across a wide range of Android and iOS devices
- Native integration: write platform channels in Kotlin and Swift for NFC, secure hardware and device peripherals
- Payment integration: integrate payment SDKs, PIN-entry components and card-reader interfaces, and consume Interpay's backend APIs
- Quality and performance: write unit, widget and integration tests, and profile apps for speed, memory, battery and scale on low-end and high-end devices
Security and compliance
- Store keys and credentials securely with Android Keystore and iOS Keychain
- Implement certificate pinning, root and jailbreak detection, code obfuscation and anti-tampering
- Work within PCI MPoC, SPoC and the PCI Secure Software Lifecycle, and support audits and certification
- Meet OWASP MASVS expectations and fix findings from internal reviews, penetration tests and external assessors
- Prepare apps for Google Play and App Store submission, including store policy, privacy and data-safety requirements
Engineering practice
- Work closely with designers, product managers, QA, backend developers and the security team
- Take part in architecture discussions, sprint ceremonies and peer code reviews
- Maintain mobile CI/CD pipelines for build, test, signing and distribution
- Monitor crash reporting, analytics and push notifications, and act on production issues quickly
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of professional mobile development, with production apps delivered
- Hands-on BLoC experience is mandatory: you've designed and built Flutter apps on BLoC and understand its layering, event and state modelling, and testability
- Strong Dart and Flutter, including asynchronous programming, dependency injection and state management
- At least two Android and/or iOS apps built and shipped with Flutter, with one or more published on Google Play or the App Store
- Platform channels and native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) code
- REST APIs and third-party library and SDK integration
- The full mobile lifecycle: automated testing, build automation, code signing and release management
- SQL and NoSQL data stores
- Git, with pull-request and code-review workflows
- Mobile secure coding: secure storage, certificate pinning and obfuscation
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Willing and eligible to work on-site in Riyadh
Nice to have

How we work
- Engineering discipline: clean, tested, maintainable code and a high bar in code review
- Security mindset: security is a design input from the start
- Ownership: you see features from design to production and stand behind their quality
- Collaboration: clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues across countries and time zones
- Adaptability: you work well in a fast-moving, regulated environment where priorities can shift
Where and when
